Summer Internship | Project Manager

Adam is a rocket-fast, growing Czech startup, digitalising craftsmanship. We believe that finding a quality craftsman should be as easy as ordering a pizza to your home. For this mission, we recently raised €1M from the prestigious Czech fund Presto Ventures, the leading online magazine EU-startups.com, ranked Adam among the 10 Czech startups to keep an eye on in 2023.

During the three-month summer internship, which we offer you for the period 18.6.-13.9., you will be the right hand of our team, you will take care of the development and smooth running of our activities in several countries around the world. We know that finding an internship that will greatly contribute to your future career is challenging, which is why we at Adam place great emphasis on making interns an important part of our daily work.

Your work will include:

• Assistance to the project team in the creation and execution of new strategies

• Help in securing traffic in selected cities in several countries around the world

• Scaling - we need to adapt and quickly process a continuously growing number

• of orders

• Onboarding new craftsmen & figuring out their logistical organization

• Ensuring good quality - we always want our customers to be happy

We are looking for students who:

• Candidates that have completed at least their 1st year of university. For later years, the option to continue with us full-time (after we have seen what you bring to the table!)

• Excellent written and spoken Czech/Slovak and English (extra languages are a plus)

• Great communication skills

• Logical mindset, that can structure and present their thoughts

• A problem-solver, who doesn’t stop after 20 obstacles a day

• A three-month paid internship (18.6.-13.9.) for the best students, where you'll have the opportunity to work with our young and very talented team, with whom it is a pleasure to spend time

The selection process:

• The first round will be a 15-30 min video call with one of our foreign colleagues

• We will invite the selected candidates to a second round of personal interviews at our office in Prague on Vítězné náměstí (if you are abroad, you can also do so via video call)

• At the end, we will invite several candidates to work with us for one day. If you are one of them, you will get a taste of what awaits you in the summer, you will get to know the team and at the end of the day we will mutually confirm our interest

The selection process is very fast. It can easily be done sooner than in a week.
