Adam is a Rocket-fast growing Czech start-up on a mission to provide homeowners affordable and hassle-free construction-related services. We started with interior painting and in the last two years have already expanded to 10 countries. Fueled with fresh investment, we plan to reach new countries and add other professions, in order to build the next European unicorn.
We are looking for an analytical and solution-driven superstar to join our Madrid-based team. You will have the opportunity to manage a business from A to Z by gaining experience in different departments. From marketing to recruitment, legal or business operations and development, you will be responsible for our daily operations and expansion across our most important European markets. If you aspire to run your own business one day or lead a company, Adam is the place to be.

Your work will include:
Supporting all of Adam’s business operations
Helping us scale - we need to adapt and quickly process a continuously growing number of orders
Developing & executing expansion strategies
Onboarding new painters & figuring out their logistical organization
Ensuring good quality - we always want our customers to be happy
We are looking for:
Candidates with up to two years of experience (we accept applicants from fresh graduates too)
Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish proficiency on a native level (other languages are a plus)
Great communication skills
Data-driven and analytical mindset
A problem solver that doesn’t stop after encountering 20 obstacles a day
